Focus on small to medium sized North American or European Companies

The priority for EU or US-based small to medium sized healthcare development companies inevitably prioritizes Western markets. Resources, knowledge and experience are based on these markets. Asia tends to be viewed in a sequential manner.

Involving SingEval in the development, marketing regulatory approvals and commercialization provides the opportunity for companies to access:
- Individuals with substantial knowledge and experience in Asia
- Individuals with substantial people and organization contacts in Asia
- A strategic partner with the capability to deliver marketing approvals ready for the company to commercialize themselves or to raise the potential value of out-licensing by doing the deal at the Asian country marketing approval stage rather than pre-Asian development.
- A licensing partner that will provide its own financing for the development, government approvals and commercialization of products for Asian markets.
- A partner that is very sensitive to the global impact of human safety data and as such utilizes a European based Pharmacovigilance alliance partner company to handle its Asian safety data.

We have two deal approaches to North American or European product-originating Companies

1. Acquire Intellectual Property Rights

SingEval will acquire the marketing rights and bear the full costs of development and government approvals to enable commercialization by their chosen Asian Sales and Marketing alliance partners.

2. Strategic Partnership

Singeval will review the existing data base from North American and/or European studies; create and cost a time efficient development program whose intent is fast to the market and optimize existing patent lives; manage the development using the strategic partner's funding; create Asian country marketing application regulatory dossiers, negotiate with health authorities and obtain approvals; hold the approvals in SingEval's name at the country level pending the commercialization decision/licensing negotiation of the strategic partner.

Activities

We conduct an evaluation of the commercial potential of a product in major Asian countries
We define a development plan to achieve regulatory Marketing Approvals across Asia (excluding Japan) taking account of the need to preserve North American and European regulatory and marketing positions and maximizing efficiency opportunities regarding cost.
We obtain funding either from external sources or use originating company's monies.
We undertake clinical development by alliances with small clinical CROs.
We create regulatory submissions and gain marketing approvals.
We commercialize with Asian Sales And Marketing alliance partners or build up portfolio for product originating company to commercialize (strategic partnership).
